Install in Gmail on a computer
Copy the paid export
In Sign Pulsar Studio, finish your details and images, check the mobile preview, then copy the rich signature from Copy & install.
Open all Gmail settings
In Gmail on a computer, select Settings, then See all settings. Stay on the General tab and scroll to the Signature section.
Create a named signature
Choose Create new, give the signature a recognizable name, select the new editor box, and paste the Sign Pulsar signature.
Choose address-specific defaults
For the correct sending address, choose a default for new emails and a default for replies or forwards. Gmail can store more than one signature.
Save, compose, and test
Scroll to the bottom and select Save Changes. Compose a new message, confirm the expected signature appears, and send it to a second inbox.
Mobile Gmail uses its own settings
This walkthrough is for Gmail in a desktop browser. Gmail's Android and iPhone/iPad apps expose separate mobile-signature settings and may not reproduce the same rich desktop layout. Test a message sent from every app your team uses.
Example: one address, two signature lengths
Maya Chen, MBA uses the full Northstar Labs signature for new messages and a compact version for replies. In Gmail, she chooses each default separately, saves the page, then sends one new message and one reply to verify both paths.
Gmail checks worth making
- Use the address dropdown when Gmail is configured to Send mail as another address
- Scroll to Save Changes—leaving Settings first can discard the edit
- If an image breaks, confirm the public image URL loads without signing in
- Keep the signature below Gmail's 10,000-character limit and avoid oversized images
Accuracy and privacy note
Google notes that images count toward Gmail's signature character limit and may require resizing. Recipient settings, image proxies, and security scanning can also affect how remote images and tracked links behave.

Where is Gmail's signature setting?
On a computer, open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General, then scroll to Signature. Google may update labels, so use the official guide above if your screen differs.
Can I use a different signature for replies?
Yes. Gmail provides separate default menus for new messages and replies/forwards. You can choose a compact Sign Pulsar design for replies.
Why does a mobile Gmail message look different?
The Gmail mobile apps have separate signature behavior. This page covers desktop Gmail, so configure and test each mobile app independently before rolling it out to a team.
Create it once, then paste it into Gmail.
Sign Pulsar keeps the design work in one place so your Gmail setup is a short, testable copy-and-paste process.
