Terms of Service

The rules for using Sign Pulsar and subscribing to Sign Pulsar Pro.
Know what may appear on your statement.

Sign Pulsar is a product of Pulsar Technology LLC. Pulsar Technology LLC is owned by VIRTUTERRA HOLDINGS, LLC, which also owns Federal Bid Partners LLC. Payments are processed by VIRTUTERRA HOLDINGS, LLC. To prevent billing confusion, the configured Stripe business profile may identify the purchase as FEDERAL BID PARTNERS LLC on Checkout, a receipt, or your card statement. The applicable merchant details are shown before you complete payment.

1. Your agreement

These Terms govern your use of signpulsar.com and the Sign Pulsar service. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using a paid export, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Sign Pulsar for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and use the service only in compliance with law.

2. Accounts and access

Account access uses a secure link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for controlling that mailbox, keeping your session secure, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized use. Paid studio access is granted only after Sign Pulsar verifies an eligible subscription through its server-side billing records; a success URL by itself does not unlock the product.

3. Subscription, price, and renewal

New Sign Pulsar Pro subscriptions cost $4.99 USD per month, plus any taxes displayed at Checkout. It is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize the merchant shown there to charge the payment method each month until cancellation. Stripe presents the final price and applicable merchant before payment. For an existing subscription, your applicable amount and renewal details are available in Stripe’s billing portal.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or the subscription becomes ineligible, paid editing, export, install, and tracking access may remain locked or be suspended. Subscription status shown by Stripe and the signed billing events received by Sign Pulsar are the source of truth for access.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from the signed-in billing flow. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless Stripe or the portal says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.

Payments are non-refundable and are not prorated except where required by law or where Sign Pulsar expressly approves a refund. Duplicate, unauthorized, or service-access charges may be submitted for review under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Product behavior and limitations

  • The Sign Pulsar Premium check is blue by default, with optional approved colors. It is a branded design element, not identity verification or affiliation with a social platform.
  • People, companies, domains, portraits, and engagement values labeled as demos are fictional and are not customer endorsements.
  • Separately sourced reviews are labeled with the reviewed company. Reviews currently shown for Federal Bid Partners LLC or its team are not reviews of Sign Pulsar or this product.
  • Email-client rendering can vary. Sign Pulsar provides compatible HTML and guidance but cannot control changes made by Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, or another provider.
  • Uploaded profile photos and company logos are normalized and served from public HTTPS URLs so recipients can load them. They are not private files, and recipients' email providers or security services may fetch or cache them.
  • Open signals are estimates, and click events can include security scanners or automated systems. Insights are not guaranteed to identify a human recipient.
  • Sign Pulsar does not promise higher reply rates, deliverability, revenue, or any particular business outcome.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights in the names, logos, portraits, text, and links you submit. You grant Sign Pulsar the limited permission needed to validate, normalize, store, publicly serve, process, and include that material in the signature you request. This permission allows email recipients, their providers, and security proxies to request an uploaded image from its public HTTPS URL. You represent that you have permission to use and publicly distribute that material and that it is not confidential.

You may not use the service to:

  • impersonate another person or falsely imply identity verification, endorsement, or affiliation;
  • infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, paid-access controls, tracking tokens, or service security; or
  • resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Sign Pulsar materials

The service, software, original templates, brand, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the applicable Sign Pulsar operator. Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use exported signatures for your own business communications.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update the service, templates, security controls, or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or conduct that harms the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sign Pulsar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal email-client rendering, tracking accuracy, or fitness for a particular business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sign Pulsar operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Sign Pulsar during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Questions

Email contact@federalbidpartners.com, call +1 877-420-8206, or use the support contact shown at Stripe Checkout, on your Stripe receipt, or in the Stripe Customer Portal. The merchant identified at Checkout is the billing counterparty for that transaction.
