Install in Mail on Mac

  1. Copy from Sign Pulsar

Open the paid Studio, select the finished signature, and use Copy & install. Keep the browser open until the Mail setup is complete.

  2. Choose the correct account

In Mail, choose Mail → Settings → Signatures. Select the account that should use the new signature, then choose the plus button to create it.

  3. Paste and preserve styling

Give the signature a recognizable name and paste into the right-hand editor. If you want to keep the pasted design's typography, turn off Always match my default message font.

  4. Choose the default signature

Use the Choose Signature menu for the selected account. You can also leave the default unset and insert the signature manually when composing.

  5. Test a new message and reply

Send to a non-Apple inbox, confirm every link and image, then reply to that message and check placement above quoted text.

Using more than one Mac account?

Apple lets you keep signatures in All Signatures and assign them to specific accounts. Check the selected account and the Choose Signature menu after moving or duplicating a design.

Example: a work signature on one Mac account

Ana Costa adds a full Cinder & Bloom signature only to her work account, turns off font matching to retain the intended hierarchy, and chooses it for new messages. She leaves her personal account unchanged and tests the work signature in Gmail and Outlook.

Apple Mail checks worth making

  • Select an account before adding the signature
  • Turn off font matching only when you want to retain the pasted styling
  • Choose whether the signature sits above quoted text in replies
  • Treat iPhone and iPad Mail as separate setups; this page covers Mac

Accuracy and privacy note

Remote images may be blocked, cached, or privately downloaded. Apple Mail Privacy Protection can download remote content in the background, so an image request is not proof that a person opened or read a message.

Should I turn off Always match my default message font?

Turn it off if you want Apple Mail to retain the typography pasted from Sign Pulsar. Leave it on if you prefer Mail to restyle the signature to match your default message font.

Why is the signature on the wrong account?

Mail stores signatures by account. Return to Mail → Settings → Signatures, select the intended account, and check its Choose Signature menu.

Does this also install the signature on iPhone?

No. This walkthrough is for Mail on Mac. Configure and test iPhone or iPad Mail separately because its signature settings and rich-content behavior differ.
